Ways to Pay
We offer customers several options to make quick and easy payments, including direct debit, credit/debit card, online or over the telephone.
Pay Monthly
The easiest way to pay is by direct debit or standing order as you can spread your costs over 12 months. You can choose either a fixed payment which will be calculated annually, or a variable direct debit.
Bill Payments
Once you have received your bill from us, you have three payment options:
- Pay online via your My ista account
- Pay by telephone with a debit/credit card
- Set up a direct debit instruction via your My ista account
Payment Queries
If we make a mistake handling a direct debit, credit or debit card or standing order payment, we will refund on proof of any bank charges or financial loss incurred. Once it has been agreed that there has been an error, we will aim to resolve the issue within 10 working days. If you write to us asking to change the way you pay your bills, and we cannot meet the request, we will notify you within 10 working days of receiving your instruction.
